2. Plumbing Referral & Contractor Dispatch Disclaimer (FTC Disclosure)

This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.

Texas Pro Plumbing operates as an intake and emergency dispatch referral service connecting consumers with independent licensed plumbing contractors across Texas. All plumbing diagnostics, quotes, and repairs are executed directly by licensed plumbing contractors holding active credentials under the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) or local municipal authorities.

3. Service Pricing, Diagnostic Fees & Written Quotes

Preliminary diagnostic approximations provided over the phone are based on customer descriptions. Dispatched independent contractors charge standard diagnostic evaluation fees. Final binding quotes are delivered in writing on-site by the attending technician before work begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

Texas Pro Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party plumbing repairs, pre-existing structural defects, or unauthorized DIY modifications to gas or water supply systems.
